The benefits of crocus have been known since antiquity, which is why it holds a special place in Greek mythology. Derived from the flower of Crocus, saffron is considered a spice of unique taste and high value, widely used across different culinary cultures around the world.
To keep its taste and nutritional elements, saffron must be preserved and stored properly. Lyophiliosis is the best solution, so we are currently working on a project elaborated by Forlong, in cooperation with an Italian company.
